We are proud to announce that an important milestone has been reached in the development of the second golf in Knokke-Heist. Through the mediation of Agence Pallen, an agreement has been reached regarding the transfer of the land required to further realize the project.

As investors and developers, together with Agence Pallen and Wedevelop among others, we are part of the local investment consortium that is now taking this project forward and bringing it concretely toward execution.

The project builds on the original vision that was initiated at the time by Ghelamco. Today, we are committed to further developing this trajectory with the same ambition, while respecting the surrounding environment and the existing regulatory framework.

In the further development of the project, particular attention is being paid to careful integration into the polder landscape and the preservation of the Putten van Dujardin. The next steps are being taken together with Arcas Architects, with a focus on quality, landscape integration, and spatial added value.

With this project, we aim to contribute to the further strengthening of Knokke-Heist as a high-quality and vibrant destination throughout the entire year.
